1Life1Shot apparel is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or a preference for a different color or design. Please review the product details and sizing before placing your order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact jesusgangtay@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and explain the next steps. Do not send an item back without contacting us first.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.
